Date of admission : 16/08/2021 A 45 year old male , who is an industrial worker came to the OPD with chief complaints of -  • Pain in upper abdomen • Pains gets seviour on alcohol consumption • Nauseous HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: ~ Patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 years back then.  ~ 7 days back he developed upper  abdominal pain. ~ Also suffering from headache . ~ Throbbing type of pain. ~ Insidious in onset which gradually progressed. ~ Followed by constipation. ~ While diagnosis he was also observed to be suffering from a painful gait (due to weight being barred by left leg). ~No swelling of abdomen. ~Hist
